Vincent Schweitzer is the CEO of Black Durian, a Hong Kong-based automation and AI consulting firm, and the Founder & CEO of HARi CRM, an AI-native SaaS CRM for SMEs built on frontier large language models.

A French entrepreneur with 20+ years of enterprise experience, he has led CRM and digital transformation programmes across more than 35 countries on SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. In 2017 he founded Wiresk, a B2B automation platform, well before "AI agents" became an industry category.

His current work sits exactly where this session is focused: designing and shipping conversational and agentic AI inside production SaaS - from qualification chatbots to workflow agents capable of reasoning, retrieving and acting on behalf of users. Through Black Durian, he advises operators on the less glamorous half of AI implementation: data readiness, tool selection, the unit economics of AI features, and what actually moves the needle versus what only looks good in a demo.
