The Greater Bay Area (GBA) is one of the world’s most exciting regional developments. But can it be a true talent hub?

As part of our signature GBA Series, we will welcome keynote speaker Renée McGowan, (President, Asia Middle East & Africa (AMEA), Mercer) to discover the ingredients needed for the GBA to take its talent ambitions to the next level.

She will be followed by an expert panel comprised of Joanne Ho (COO, Fung Academy)Francois Suquet (Group Vice-President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific, STMicroelectronics)Veronique Lafon-Vinais (Executive Director, Career Development & Corporate Outreach, HKUST Business School), and moderator Jennifer Van Dale (Partner, Eversheds Sutherland).

From enhancing the movement and attraction of talent to building a robust skills ecosystem, the panel will take a closer look at how companies must prepare their human resources strategy and make the most of the opportunities the region offers.
