Bansard mobilises and optimises its CSR approach
The Bansard Group International is concerned about the environment and acts in favour of sustainable and responsible logistics.
An agreement has just been signed with the Association Seine Normandie (LSN) as part of a continuous improvement process in order to obtain the 6PL label (the only French label targeting the activities of the logistics sites of industrialists, distributors and logisticians).
This label, in compliance with the Grenelle II law, is based on 5 main areas:
- The governance of the organisation,
- Economic performance,
- Social progress,
- Protection of the environment,
- Energy management
The company promotes and is also proud to work with committed partners and suppliers such as Air France KLM (No. 1 airline partner) which has reduced its CO2 emissions by 13.5%, Lufthansa, AirBridge Cargo, CMA CGM, Maersk and MSC.
A socially responsible approach is also being deployed in its agencies and its subsidiary Crosslog, notably by eliminating plastic cups.
