Jimmy Yip takes over the litigation support and expert witness practice at Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong
Mr. Stephen Weatherseed, Senior Director, in the litigation support and expert witness practice is moving on from Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong as of 30 September 2024, having spent almost 14 years with the Firm.
Mr. Jimmy Yip, Managing Partner of Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong said, “While Stephen will be greatly missed, he will be leaving knowing that he has left a strong legacy upon which the Firm continues to build. We are immensely grateful for Stephen’s service and dedication to the firm.”
Following the leaving of Stephen, Jimmy takes over litigation support and expert witness matters onwards. Jimmy has rich experiences on litigation support such as acting as an accounting expert on a number of cases, providing advice in proceedings against auditors and a short-seller of Hong Kong listed companies.
