Marks & Spencer Relaunches Flagship Store With Bigger, Better, Fresher Exclusive Offerings For Food And Home At Cityplaza, Hong Kong

Marks & Spencer (M&S), the iconic British retailer re-opens its doors today at Cityplaza, re-energizing its presence in Hong Kong with a brand-new Flagship store, filled with impressive offerings for food and home. Increasing in size, now at 30,973 square feet, the renovation introduces a splendid selection of products and services for shoppers in a luxurious and leisurely setting.

M&S is now offering an even wider range of products and services to those missing a piece of home back in the United Kingdom or abroad – with an additional 270 chilled food lines added to the collection, such as the cheese chiller filled with artisanal fromage and household staples – to be perfectly paired with a new range of “Found” wines from around the world – that invite wine lovers to venture off the beaten track to discover new varieties, regions and style; over 100 more ambient, organic produce and gluten-free baked goods and snacks; a dedicated Percy Shop – the well-loved character from M&S’ signature range of confectionary, Percy Pigs – that now highlights a full range of products by Percy, from collectables to home décor items as well as a special tongue-in-cheek Percy Pig Instagram filter; a new Coffee-to-go counter that acts as the perfect destination for those who simply wish to take a break, or to savour the house-roasts, Fairtrade tea, house-baked light bites or a full set of traditional English cream tea of shortbread, scones and crumpets. The coffee-to-go counter ensures all drinks are prepared by the coffee shop’s well-trained baristas.

“We are thrilled to not only relaunch a bigger and better Flagship store for our customers, but to simultaneously remind the city that Marks & Spencer truly is the city’s trusted food specialist with innovative cuisine and home goods that meets their ever-evolving needs,” said Christine Choi, CEO of Marks & Spencer Asia.
