The Executive Centre expands its serviced office in Roppongi Hills North Tower in Tokyo

The Executive Centre (TEC), the premium flexible workspace provider in Asia Pacific, is set to expand its serviced office in Roppongi Hills North Tower, one of the city’s most sought-after locations. A highly renowned and prestigious building in the heart of Roppongi, the Roppongi Hills North Tower is directly connected to Roppongi station which is easily accessible to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya line and Oedo line, allowing unparalleled connectivity.

The official launch is tentatively planned to take place on 1st September, 2020. TEC has already built a strong presence in Tokyo and Yokohama and the expansion is a response to a remarkable increase in demand from existing TEC Members including multinational and local corporates. The new expansion will continue to feature the exclusive designs of Fiona Hardie who works with TEC to bring high-quality, functional luxury designs to life in their premium flexible workspaces.

The expansion on level 16 of the prime Roppongi Hills North Tower building will add 650 sqm of space and approximately over 110 workstations to their existing level 17 Centre presence within the building. In line with TEC’s design philosophy, the Roppongi Hills North Tower Centre will be premium in both aesthetics and functionality of the space. Distinctive TEC elements such as Timothy Oulton furnishing, Herman Miller chairs, 9AM height-adjustable standing desks will still be a part of the new Centre. Another strength of this location is that Roppongi Hills North Tower is predominantly occupied by multinational corporates which will provide TEC Members with a highly desirable networking community.

Roppongi has changed greatly as a result of its redevelopment in the last 15 years. It is now recognised as an international business district and a hub for the latest art and culture. The large-scale redevelopment projects in the Roppongi area has changed areas that were once densely packed, small, old buildings gathered around narrow paths into multi-complex office buildings, residences, hotels and entertainment venues. Following these developments, major Japanese and foreign companies relocated their offices to prime office building in Roppongi area such as Roppongi Hills and Roppongi Hills North Tower.

“Roppongi Hills North Tower offers one of the highest standards of office buildings in Tokyo with a prime location which perfectly matches The Executive Centre’s premium offering in the flexible workspace. We are thrilled to provide our services to more clients in our new Executive Centre and we very much look forward to the opening of our Centre there in September” as stated by Hiroteru Nin, Country Director of The Executive Centre Japan.

The launch of the Roppongi Hills North Tower Centre demonstrates TEC’s confidence in the flexible workspace industry. Apart from the expansion of Roppongi Hills North Tower Centre, TEC will also further open its Meguro Arco Tower Centre location in November this year. TEC is always on the lookout for prestigious locations in Tokyo and other Asian cities, with a strategic expansion map for China, India, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam in the near future.
