The guides-waiters are recruited with the help of local organisations, supporting the community. Dedicated training is organised by Dans le Noir ? team of experts.
“This dining experience promises to surprise and engage the senses while fostering meaningful connections. In bustling Hong Kong, where people often focus on their phones and social media, this concept offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with oneself and fully engage with those around us. The involvement of visually impaired guides enriches the dining experience and highlights our commitment to inclusivity and social responsibility. We believe this partnership will allow our guests to slow down and embark on a profound, memorable journey that transcends the ordinary.” said Pierre-Antoine Pénicaud, General Manager of Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport.
