New Partners announced in Mazars CPA Limited

Mazars is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Partners with effect from 1 September 2020.

 

Thomas So

Joining Mazars in Hong Kong in 2005, Thomas is well known for his breadth of knowledge and clientele from a wide range of industries including logistics, retail, manufacturing, trading and computer software / online games development and operation, as well as non-profit making organisations. Besides audit and assurance, he is also engaged in special assignments including M&A, valuation, IPO and special investigations.

He expressed delight at the appointment: “Being able to meet people from different walks of life and cultures has been something I enjoy a lot in my career. I believe that great things come from hard work and perseverance.”

 

Sam Tsoi

Sam joined Mazars in Hong Kong in December 2010. Leveraging his extensive experience in cross-border transactions in Malaysia and mainland China, he jointly explored and developed the IPO market with Paul She, Partner of Audit & Assurance. One of the most remarkable engagement he took on was Nexion Technologies Limited, the first successful IPO jointly signed by Hong Kong and Singapore and listed in GEM board in June 2017.

He said: “Through the international exposures within the Mazars network, I was able to meet managers and partners from South East Asia, so as to gain different perspectives.”
