SUEZ Asia celebrates the achievements of its female staff on International Women’s Day
SUEZ puts diversity into action. We believe gender equality in the workplace guides us forward and is the driving force of innovation. On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we celebrate the achievements of women and pledge to elevate visibility of women at all levels. In Asia, women employees take up 36% of SUEZ’s workforce thanks to a strong inclusion culture and recruitment and welfare priorities.
We also launched the SUEZ Asia Women Network (SWAN) in 2018 and initiatives including mentoring schemes and workshops on a regular basis to provide a network of support for women to contribute to their success at work and in society as well as raise awareness on equal opportunities.
